The magazine was started by young female founder Serena Guen when she was still at New York University, and aims to embrace the adventurous appetite of the next generation. Cafe
The Dr Will’s team took a trip to Dublin this week, and we were blown away by the number of incredible cafes, delis and restaurants around the city. We stopped for lunch at Cocu, where the tasty menu is focused around quality, simplicity and creativity. Their wide variety of salad boxes means there’s something for everyone, but we can highly recommend the Korean Chicken. Delicious!

It’s national sandwich week and this recipe from Olive magazine is one of the best we’ve seen all week. A classic Portuguese steak sandwich is given a flavour boost from a delicious green piri piri sauce and served in a crusty ciabatta roll. Add some Dr Will’s Beetroot Ketchup if you’re feeling extra saucy!
