Salt and Pepper tofu and the big supermarket sweep
Vol. 5 | This week we're loving...
Article
This article from Courier Magazine had us hooked. We're delighted that supermarkets are finally taking the smaller brands seriously, as a few years ago, you'd struggle to find anything other than multinational brands lining the shelves in your local supermarket. Now, new and exciting food brands are popping up all over the place, and we're thrilled to be a part of this exciting movement.

Restaurant
The Jam Tree in Clapham offers a wonderful mix of restaurant, bar, beer garden and late-night den. We're loving their sunny garden and Caribbean inspired menu, which has plenty of options, even for your fussiest friend. Find their website here and stop by for brunch, dinner, lunch, and everything in between.
Recipe
We figured if we continued on with the barbecue theme, then it's more likely that the weather will stay this hot? No? Well either way, these salt and pepper tofu skewers from Jamie Oliver are truly delicious whether charred on the barbecue in the hot sun or done under the grill on an overcast day. Check out the full recipe here.
